Courses in IT Service Management
Advania offers a wide range of educational programs in ITIL and IT Service Management. All of our consultants holding the courses have a long and substantial experience of IT Service Management, from both a client and supplier point of view. In parallel to holding courses, our consultants work with different projects with our clients (at least 70 percent of the time).This ensures that every process and aspect of the subject can be illustrated with real-life examples. This results in resolute guidance and digressions in order to explain the content.
Open educations
The open educations are designed for you with the need of few seats per occasion. You are able to exchange experiences with colleagues in the similar situation as yourself.
ITIL Foundation in Swedish (2011 edition)
A 3-day course providing the participants with practical understanding of the key concepts, principals and functionalities which are resulting in successful IT Service Management. The course is given in Swedish but we are using established English concepts. The course also prepares the participants for the ITIL certification in English.

ITIL Introduction in Swedish
1-day course which will give you an overview of IT Service Management, how the framework of ITIL can support this from a life cycle perspective and processes and functions in every part of the life cycle. The course is especially interesting for you working as a decision maker or co-worker in deliverance and support of IT services.
Practice Service Management
Explore the advantages with Service Management and ITIL through an instructive and stimulating all-day activity in the shape of interactive roleplay.
