Flexible by design

Trusted Private Cloud is consumption-based and delivered on Advania Trusted Cloud in Sweden. The same platform can also be deployed as a hosted solution in your datacenter, or stretched between your datacenter and ours, when requirements call for it. Deploy infrastructure and platform services through a curated catalog, including virtual machines, Kubernetes services, and AI services where in scope. Track requests, approvals, and outcomes without losing context across email threads.

Advania Icon_Blue_School Offering

Govern with evidence

Compliance status, policy drift, and audit signals are part of normal operations. You can show what happened, who approved it, and what changed.

Control spend with showback and quotas

Track month-to-date consumption, showback, quotas, and utilization. See what is underused and what is driving cost down to the application stack and business unit. Make informed decisions before the invoice arrives.

One operating model for VMs, Kubernetes, and AI

We do not run separate governance for different workload types. VMs, Kubernetes, and Advania Trusted AI all inherit the same guardrails: access control, quotas, network policy, logging, and change governance.

Integration-driven microsegmentation and policy management

Integration and policy, built in

This private cloud is designed to plug into how you already run IT and security. Integrations are not an afterthought. They drive automation, governance, and segmentation.

Integration-driven security

  • Microsegmentation that follows business ownership and CMDB groupings
  • Policy automation tied to service classification and environment context
  • Audit trail for approvals, exceptions, and policy changes

Operational integration

  • Requests and changes can align to your ticketing and approval processes
  • Tenant onboarding and offboarding is tracked and repeatable
  • Posture signals can be surfaced back into your operational tools where needed

Advania Trusted Private AI

Private AI included

Use AI like any other service in your cloud: request it, govern it, and track it. Bring your own model or use Advania Trusted AI services where available. AI workloads run inside your tenant boundary with the same access controls, logging, and governance as everything else in Trusted Private Cloud.

Advania Trusted Private AI is built on an NVIDIA-accelerated private AI platform designed to host and govern generative AI workloads, including building blocks for RAG-style applications and private inference in your environment.

For VMware customers

If you are running VMware today, Trusted Private Cloud gives you a stable, practical path to expand capacity and modernize without forcing a re-platform decision on day one. Whether you are moving to VMware Cloud Foundation or shifting workloads off premises, we meet you where you are and help you move at a pace that matches your risk profile.

With VMware Cloud Foundation, you get modern automation, unified operations visibility, and Kubernetes alongside traditional workloads. In Trusted Private Cloud, these capabilities are already implemented, integrated, and supported as part of the platform so your teams can focus on using them, not assembling them.

You can bring your VMware Cloud Foundation licenses to Advania through License Portability and use them on our certified service. We will help you validate what you have today, right-size the target environment to your actual needs and plan the cleanest path forward.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions on Trusted Private Cloud

What is a trusted private cloud?

A trusted private cloud is a dedicated cloud environment delivered with controlled change, clear boundaries, and auditable operations. It is designed for regulated and business-critical workloads.

What do you mean by sovereign cloud?

It means defined data residency and operational control, backed by evidence. You know where your data is, who can access the environment, and what has changed.

Where is the service hosted?

The standard consumption-based service is delivered from Sweden. For customers with specific requirements, Advania Trusted Cloud can also be deployed as a hosted solution in your datacenter or other agreed locations.

Who operates and supports the service?

Advania operates and supports the service with controlled administrative paths and logging. Operational evidence is available through the same portal experience, not a black box.

How does self-service work?

You deploy and manage services through a catalog with guardrails. Requests and approvals can align to your operational processes, and you can track status end to end.

How does pricing work?

Trusted Private Cloud is consumption-based. You pay for what you use, with clear reporting, showback, and quotas. If you choose to run all or part of Trusted Private Cloud in your environment, a multi-year, core-based licensing agreement can apply to those resources outside of our datacenter.

Do you support Kubernetes?

Yes. Kubernetes services are offered as part of the platform, managed with the same guardrails, governance, and visibility as other workloads.

What is Advania Trusted Private AI?

Advania Trusted AI provides private AI capabilities as part of the platform. You can bring your own model or use Advania-provided AI services where available. It is designed to host and govern generative AI workloads, including model governance and building blocks for RAG-style applications. It is governed by the same tenant boundaries, access controls, logging, and change governance as your other workloads.

Can we integrate with our ticketing and management tools?

Yes. Integrations are a core part of the service design and are used to connect self-service, approvals, and operational workflows.

Is there lock-in?

We avoid one-way technical decisions where possible and define an exit approach appropriate to the service agreement and workload needs.
