For companies with extended service hours
Your company may have an extended service and support agreement, which means that you and your company are entitled to extended support after regular business hours.
To get in touch with us after regular business hours, call the agreed phone number for round-the-clock support. If you are unsure about what applies, talk to the person at your company who is responsible for contact with former Visolit - or ask us.
For companies without extended service hours
For companies that do not have extended service hours, it is also possible to contact us around the clock for a fee of SEK 3,000 per case and an ongoing hourly fee. You can call us around the clock on our toll-free number 010-220 35 22.
