Advania at NVIDIA: Two days that strengthened our AI journey

Over two intensive days, 34 colleagues from across Advania gathered at NVIDIA in Munich. The focus was on how we, together, can accelerate our customers’ AI journey, from technology and architecture to business value and innovation. The result? New insights, a deeper understanding of NVIDIA’s AI ecosystem, and stronger collaboration across our countries.

At the Munich event, participants from across the Advania Group, representing leadership, technology, and business development, created a dynamic energy that truly made an impact. Sharing experiences and perspectives across borders and roles brought new clarity and momentum to our continued work with AI.

Day 1: Technology and Business in Focus

The first day began with two parallel tracks: one technical and one business-oriented.

In the sales track, we explored how to best support our customers on their AI journey. Should the conversation start from an industry perspective or a specific business need? How do we communicate the value of AI so customers feel confident taking the next step? The group agreed on the importance of presenting the full picture with structure, architecture, security, compliance, and data storage, while also being transparent about the resources required in terms of cost and infrastructure.

The technical group took a deep dive into AI Factory, based on NVIDIA’s Enterprise Framework. We explored the latest technologies and gained valuable insights into how these can be used to build innovative AI solutions with high performance and scalability.

A key discussion centered around the difference between individual AI agents and teams of agents. Not every customer needs a massive Large Language Model (LLM); often, a smaller, more targeted solution is enough. Nvidia’s building blocks, NIMs and Blueprints – were highlighted as powerful tools to create value quickly, while the importance of high-quality data for successful AI projects was also emphasized.

Innovation Center: Digital twins and the future of industry

We also had the opportunity to tour NVIDIA’s Innovation Center, where we saw how AI is used to simulate real-world environments and processes. Particularly inspiring were the examples from the pharmaceutical industry, where digital twins are driving breakthroughs in medicine and research. Seeing how AI creates value beyond the IT sector offered new perspectives on the technology’s potential and impact.

Day 2: From idea to production – advancing the AI journey

The second day was even more hands-on. We followed the customer journey from initial interest to decision-making, discussing how we can best support and influence each step along the way.

Advania’s own Blueprint model took center stage as an enablement framework that helps customers move from idea to production in just 90 days. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, both from Advania participants and from NVIDIA representatives, who emphasized the importance of understanding customers’ real use cases.

The day concluded with group exercises where participants applied their new insights and recommended solutions based on real customer scenarios.

Knowledge and connections that inspire new perspectives

We spent two days learning, sharing and collaborating, but what truly mattered was the human connection. Coming together from across Advania in Northern Europe to share thoughts and experiences across borders and roles gave us fresh perspectives and ideas to bring home as we continue our journey with AI together with our customers and partners.
