For many years, IT providers, including Advania, have partnered with external specialists to support circular IT. The Dreamhouse signals a new direction, with greater ownership and higher ambitions. It is one of the first purpose-built facilities for IT takeback in the Nordics, with a strong focus on local reuse. The aim is to make circular IT equipment more accessible, faster to deliver, and easier to trust.
In 2024, one quarter of all devices sold by Advania Sweden were takeback units. The Dreamhouse enables us to scale this work further. The Dream House is certified according to BREEAM and ZeroCO2, two of Europe’s most comprehensive environmental certifications.
