How does the platform handle data migration from our existing spreadsheets?

The application uses the standard platform import & transform capabilties to migrate data from spreadsheets to the CEM data model.

Can we manage global jurisdictions with different compliance requirements?

Yes. It is possible to create 'global' requirements which are applied to all entities as well as specific requirements per jurisdiction. When an entity is assigned to a jurisdiction, the specific requirements are automatically assigned.

Does the application support License Portability or tiered scaling?

CEM uses a scalling price model based on the number of entities being managed.

How secure is our sensitive corporate and ownership data?

The application already sits on ServiceNow's secure platform and also has it's own 3 tier security model which ensures only people with the right roles and who have specifically been assigned get access to the entity and its related data.

Can we visualise complex ownership structures and "shells"?

Yes. It is possible to configure and show complex entity relationships.
